Matt Lepinski, P.E., is a highly respected industry professional with more than 20 years of leadership and technical expertise across engineering, project management, water resources, geospatial analysis, and innovation. He excels in fostering collaboration and clear communication, consistently leading teams to solve complex challenges. With a proven ability to integrate diverse disciplines and break down organizational silos, Matt ensures the successful delivery of multidisciplinary projects. He holds advanced degrees in Civil Engineering, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), and Intelligence, and is a licensed Texas Professional Engineer.
